Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 21, 2026  •  For the mobile game Old Traffic

This Privacy Policy outlines how the mobile game Old Traffic handles, collects, and protects your information. We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring a safe, transparent gaming environment. By installing and playing the App, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Local Data Storage & Progress

Old Traffic is engineered to minimize data collection. We do not require account creation, and we do not solicit personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, physical address, or phone number.

Your game progression (coins, unlocked vehicles, mission statistics, and preferences) is stored strictly locally on your device. This data remains on your hardware and is never transmitted to our servers. Uninstalling the App or clearing its cache will permanently delete this progress.

2. No Data Collection

Old Traffic does not collect, transmit, or share any personal or usage data. The game runs fully offline. It contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers or SDKs that gather information. Nothing about you or your device ever leaves your phone.

3. Permissions

The game requests only a single permission — Vibration — used purely for in-game feedback (for example, on a crash). It does not request internet, location, contacts, storage, camera, microphone, or any other sensitive permission.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Old Traffic is a general-audience game. We do not intentionally target children under the age of 13, nor do we knowingly collect any personal data from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has inadvertently provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

5. Contact & Inquiries
