Welcome to Old Traffic. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile game, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Old Traffic, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should immediately uninstall the App and discontinue its use.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the software provided as part of the App. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the game as intended.

3. Advertising & Monetization

The App is provided free of charge. To sustain development, we integrate third-party advertising networks, specifically Google AdMob.

Ad Content: We do not endorse any products or services advertised within the App. Ads are served dynamically based on AdMob algorithms.
Data Usage for Ads: The App uses Advertising Identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID) to serve relevant ads. By playing the game, you consent to the collection and processing of this data for ad targeting and measurement purposes by Google and its partners.
Opt-Out Options: You may opt-out of personalized advertising at any time through your device's privacy settings (e.g., Settings > Google > Ads).

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to exploit the game mechanics or manipulate leaderboards.
Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the App or its integrated third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to design, graphics, code, audio, and gameplay mechanics, are owned by Naresh. You may not use these materials for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability or error-free operation of the App. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication within the App or its corresponding Play Store listing. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
